The Hatch ESB-1040-14-UV electronic sign ballast features instant start circuitry and can be used with up to (4) T12/HO 800mA lamps. This thermally protected, UL listed ballast operates at 120 or 277V and has standard mounting holes and extra long leads for easy installation.

compaired cost of others and this was great value!
HO sign ballasts are expensive and our church needed 4 new ones for our road sign. The old magnetic ones were power hungry and these electronic are 40% more efficient. Had to change the way the sockets for each bulb were wired but it was easy. Probably saved $500.00 or more than calling the sign company to do this easy retrofit!
