Excellent product!
We are using this light with a colored gel for stage lighting and it is the only bulb I want to use in my Par38 cans now! It produces a really nice, bright, but not distracting, wash of color. I will be ordering more to replace all of my other bulbs.

20% blow after a very short life
Very frustrating to have so many blow after a couple of uses.

Great product, great value
This is the standard 250 Watt Par 38. The 4,500 hour life is longer than most but like other Halogen bulbs they are very brittle when they are operating. Great price for this lamp. Faster delivery than my nearby theater supply house.

however some of the bulbs have a very short life. i dont know if shipping has anything to do with that
