I ordered 4 of these, and received ones that differ in shape and in size than the ones described on the site. The bulbs I received are not 6.1" long, they are closer to 6.75". This matters when you have a specific light that needs a specific length of bulb. The picture is also misleading. I've purchased bulbs in the past that DID look like the picture, but the ones I received are different.

This bulb does the job. We have a high school tv studio, and we go through several of these. The thing that makes me happiest about these is the price at 1000 bulbs, which is a fraction of what we had been paying elsewhere!

Use these with a green screen kit and they perform very well. Not sure about the heat factors but so far I've had no issues. Might be problematic for road gigs due to build of light.
