The clear and multi-color mini lights pre-strung on this tree are controlled by an 8-button remote control. Four buttons control the clear strings, plugged into the green outlets on the box. The other four control the multi-color strings, plugged into the brown outlets. Easily change the lights from clear to multi-color or make them alternate, fade, and cascade with the push of a button.
