Have an ART GALLERY and recessed lights thru out, replaced all the spots, wall washers and eyeballs w/ these and cut the heat out put and costs considerably!!
PLUS don`t have to replace bulbs every 2-3 months.

Looking for 50w r20 halogen replacements. This is not it. Wide spread, flat light, not intense enough for a 6' throw. Very disappointing.

Overall good bulbs but they do take a little bit of time to warm, similar to other cfls. I like them though

These bulbs are perfect for those smaller recessed light fixtures Our house was built in 1978 and replacing all our bulbs with CFL's has been quite a challenge. We are very happy with our purchase.
