These are great. Color temp is great, light output is constant across face of bulb, not a bright spot in the middle like earlier LED's. Looks just like and incandescent. Only "drawback" is they are about 1/4" larger in diameter than most R-40 bulbs, so you may want to order a test one to see if it fits your fixture.
