I ordered 4 of those and two of them have the plates spaced too far away near the tip so they never light all the way there. They still work but only over half the area they're supposed to.
The bulbs also refuse to work properly in a fixture with some overheat prevention circuitry in it (to limit maximum power of bulbs). Only one of the 4 will light so I'll have to open the fixture and rewire it.
When they work well they do look quite good but it's a bit hit or miss.
