I wanted antique flame shaped 40 watt bulbs for my chandelier. After hours of research I learned these do not exist. I was afraid a "non-flame" shape bulb would not look good in my candelabra crystal and iron chandelier but they look amazing! They give off a ton of light for an antique style bulb and make the chandelier look more modern than a traditional flame shaped bulb. If you are debating these like I was GET THEM. You will not be disappointed and people will notice the great look.

I'm not sure how to write a review of a light bulb. They arrived promptly and well-packaged. I screwed them into the fixture, turned it on and--voila--there was light. They have the retro look that my fixture demanded and they look pretty cool.
