I have had these bulbs for about 2 months now, I use them for video work. The kelvin value on these works perfect for my needs.
Pros: Very Bright, Everyone I ordered worked perfect, Quality, Value
Cons: Heavy as all bulbs this size would be, and is a mogul base instead of standard light bulb base (had to get adapters)

We have used these in parking lot lighting replacing 400 watt Metal halides where the pole height permitted and have gotten a full 3 years of use out of them. Solid product low failure rate, if they fail its right when you install them. no problem getting them replaced

Rated 4 out of 5 by zack it is a good replacement for 400w mh
I used these to replace 400w mh bulbs for high bay lights and they work great and give good light. They don't have a humming noise like the my.

Rated 5 out of 5 by westmidtownsnap Great alternative for more expensive bulbs
We worked with our sales rep to determine if there was an alternative bulb to the $50 ones we had been buying elsewhere. We found one that was lower wattage, brighter light and lower price - good things come in threes. I have recommended 1000bulbs.com to other business owners as I like the service we get.

We had some arrive broken , need to pack better for shipping. As far as the bulb quality , very effective . We replaced 320 w metal halides in a carwash....very pleased and no more expensive ballast or bulbs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by IBWashincars Great for replacing metal halide.
I have four car washes that all had 175W metal halide fixtures, many in need of repair. Instead of replacing expensive ballasts and bulbs, I decided to try these 105W CFLs in one wash. I was so pleased with the results I converted my other three washes within the next couple of months. These bulbs are just as bright as the MH and the light is whiter. The conversion was as simple as throwing away all the guts from the light and run the 120V right to the socket. Now I don't have to deal with the ballast/transformer and the problems with the associated heat they generate. I'm also saving 70 watts on every fixture. 17 months later, I have still not had one burn out. This has been one of the best upgrades I have done. I have nothing but praise for this product.
