The guard is easy to install, easy to get at the bulb to change it without removing the guard, and is sturdily built. The price is very reasonable.

It's great for decorative purposes, especially with the vintage bulbs you can get with them. I don't think it would be very practical for actual use as a work light cover like it's design to do however.

This is a great lamp guard at a good price. The only downside is the opening is pretty large and its a little difficult to get to fit on a standard light socket.
