Great product, but...
.... Wish it came in a silver finish.

great but too shiny
This lamp guard is excellent. It is extremely inexpensive compared to similar product. My one negative comment is that the metal is very shiny and new. It is not pure gold in color either, the metal reflects blue and pink from whatever finish is on it. I will end up spray painting it for the more antique look I am going for, but otherwise it's great.

Lamp guard as not very adjustable
The lamp guard did not fit the piece I was going to use it on. The product was in good shape, and was shipped quickly but I was a little disappointed w/ the flexibility of its use. It would not attach to a normal lamp, only larger lamps.

Worked well, good product.
The only problem I had with these was fitting a standard ceramic socket. They we fairly loose. I eventually wrapped the socket in electrical tape to make the fit better.
Shipping was quick and well packed. Service was great.
