This Brass Plated Light Socket is perfect for antique restorations and vintage fixtures. Standard 3-wire lamp sockets control lamps with two bulbs: One standard bulb at the top of the lamp and a night light bulb in the lamp base. The wire terminals enable you to control both light bulbs separately. One turn of the socket switch lights the top, two turns light the bottom and three turns light both the top and bottom bulbs. This socket can also withstand a maximum of 250 watts or 250 volts. So, whether your building or repairing lamps, this Plated Brass Socket will help maintain that vintage appearance.
