The R143A comes with a thick, weatherseal foam rubber gasket and a clear PVC plastic turtle cover with lockable latch. UL listed for wet locations and made of precision die cast aluminum with spring loaded covers, the close-up plugs allow Phillips or slotted screwdrivers and a 1/2-inch opening tap makes for easy installation.
