LED Light Bulbs - GU24 Base
GU24 LED Bulbs
The GU24 base is unique to compact fluorescent (CFLs) and LED bulbs. Simply twist the bulb and this two-pin base locks into place. The LED bulbs have an internal driver, so upgrading to LED is a snap. Unlike incandescent bulbs, which put out a similar color temperature light across all products, CFLs range from a warm white 2700 Kelvin to daylight 6500 Kelvin. So when replacing a CFL with an LED bulb, make sure to either match the same color temperature or switch to a warmer (lower number) or cooler (higher number) if not satisfied with your existing lighting. Use our interactive lighting guide to see how color temperature changes how a room looks.
