With the combination of passive infrared (PIR) detection, ultrasonic detection, and 0-10V dimming technology, this Wattstopper occupancy sensor will automatically turn lights on or off and allows for dimming to save on time and energy costs.

This sensor can be programmed to activate when both PIR and ultrasonic technologies detect occupancy or when only the PIR sensor detects occupancy. As soon as the light are on, the programmed technology will alter your lights as programmed. Programmable features include occupancy based auto on/off, adjustable high or low trim, ramp up or fade down, power loss, smart light level, or walk-through mode.

Simply install this occupancy sensor in a small enclosed area like an executive office, conference room, classroom, or break room to make your building run more efficiently and to save on energy.
