This surface-mounted fixture offers three wattages (72W, 96W, 120W) and three color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K), delivering flexible, high-quality light for loading docks, walkways, garages, and building entrances. A back-lit design helps distribute light evenly, supporting clear and consistent visibility.

Designed to adapt to activity and daylight, this dimmable fixture works with 0–10 Volt controls to provide precise lighting adjustments.  Motion and photocell sensors enhance security while conserving energy, and the built-in emergency backup offers 90 minute continued illumination during power interruptions. A compatible remote control (sold separately) allows quick and convenient access to the fixture’s programmable settings, making it easy to adjust motion sensitivity, dimming levels, and operating modes.

Constructed from a bronze finish die-cast aluminum and clear polycarbonate lens, this UL-rated fixture is built to withstand wet outdoor conditions. Additional protections include surge protection and a long 54,000-hour lifespan, minimizing maintenance needs over time.
