The advanced arc tube design of the SYLVANIA METALARC 64224 PAR30L pulse start metal halide flood lamp makes it superior to standard metal halide probe start lamps. Initial lumen output levels are similar to standard lamps, but mean and maintained lumen levels can be up to 30 percent higher. The 70-watt bulb is rated for a 12,000-hour life and has a color temperature of 4100K.
