Customer Reviews

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 24 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent hi-efficiency replacement for incandescents and cfls. Replaced cfls in two outdoor porch lights. Instant-on, with no loss of brightness at low temperatures. Replaced three 100w incandescents in a dining room chandelier. While not quite as bright, these retained color temperature throughout dimmer range, and operated without flicker when dimmed, without requiring a special dimmer. March 20, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Bulb for the price It's a great bulb for the price. I'm using it in a commercial application. Lasting longer than the other bulbs I have used. March 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by great bulb Works just fine. Only complaint is if you put them in tightly confined fixtures they can burn out quicker due to the increased effect of heat on LEDs March 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Nicely made good coor light quick start January 18, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Slightly above average product. As the title states. -I have had three for over 6 months, one in this time period has stopped working. It was facing downward, so I think due to heat rising, the driver's life was shortened. The other two are above the bathroom mirror at a right angle to the wall and they still work. -Light output is high and it doesn't seem to be terribly directional, which is nice, but they are still somewhat directional. -The LEDs in the bulb lie flat on a single surface and the lens does the diffusion duties. -This bulb is heavy so your little desk lamp (like the PIXAR lamp) might have a tendency to fall over. -The heat sink does get hot (its supposed to) so be mindful of little hands. -Avoid installing them in fixtures that position the bulb in a downward facing position. I do recommend this bulb, it is just not for EVERY application. January 1, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Decent cost. Though I really believe LEDs will come down even more in price over the next few years. 800 lumen bulb was perfect for my kitchen. I was a little hesitant at first. September 10, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by too big for most lamp holders. Tried three different ceiling light fixtures and bulbs were too tall for all of them. Finally used them in landscape lighting fixtures. August 9, 2014
