Our Response & Commitment to you

Our Response to Covid-19 Banner

We recognize that COVID-19 has affected many companies ability to do business and stay ahead of this fluid situation. In this time of uncertainty, our hearts go out to you.

Despite the various closures due to coronavirus (COVID-19), 1000Bulbs.com wants to reassure customers that we are open for business and that our warehouse and sales team is fully staffed. As an essential business, we are working to ensure that doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other medical facilities have the lighting they need to be able to treat patients. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we are taking every precaution to ensure we are providing a safe working environment and have increased all safety measures for our employees.

1000Bulbs.com has formed a task force that stays up to date on the latest updates from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local public health authorities. Using this information, the task force has put together an outbreak response plan. Janitorial services have been increased in all of our facilities to include additional cleaning, especially in high-traffic areas. We are working with employees to encourage behaviors that help reduce the risk of becoming infected with or transmitting the virus. We are also stressing the importance of staying home if an employee suspects they have been exposed to COVID-19 or are exhibiting symptoms. A telecommuting contingency plan has been put into place to ensure business continuity if some employees need to work from home. Lastly, we’ve restricted all but the most essential business travel.

These changes also help ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped by healthy employees. Our shipping partners have taken steps to ensure the health of their employees and safe package delivery. 1000Bulbs.com will continue to monitor and respond to federal, state, and local health authorities to protect our employees and serve our customers safely, and with minimal disruption. The COVID-19 situation remains fluid and we will provide additional updates as circumstances evolve.
