This PLT SKR232W10L10 universal ballast cover retrofit kit is designed to operate different ballasts or lamps on 4-foot fluorescent strip fixtures. This easy-to-install retrofit kit includes a 4-foot white reflector to enhance light output over (2) F32T8 lamps. The reflector, which serves as a ballast cover, mounts to the socket brackets with two quarter-turn fasteners for easy maintenance after retrofit is complete. Retrofit your industrial strip fixture with the PLT SKR232W10L10 to enhance its lighting performance. Kit is compatible with an instant start ballast, not included. Socket brackets are included.
