This 21,000 BTU unit easily rolls into place on four sturdy casters and has a built-in condensation tray. This 2,300-watt A/C unit supplies a 250 square foot room with a ceiling height of eight feet, and can operate between the temperatures of 64 to 105 degrees. An easy to read display is located on the front of the unit so you can read and adjust the 21,000 BTU unit to your desired temperature.
