Description

The IOTA I-460 emergency ballast allows the same fixture to be used for both normal and emergency operation. In the event of a power failure, this ballast switches to emergency mode and operates one or two of the existing lamps for 90 minutes. With an initial output of 2500 lumens, this ballast will operate most 2- to 4-foot T5 fluorescent lamps and most 18 to 70-watt 4-pin compact lamps. This fixture is UL listed for damp locations, has a 5-year warranty, and includes a test switch with an indicator accessory kit. The Iota I-460 utilizes AC output for compatibility with low-mercury content amalgam lamps. This ballast is not to be used with retrofit LED tubes.
