Operating at 18 watts, the PLT 3103 gives off 130 Lumens per watt and has a color temperature of 5000 Kelvin. Sporting a retrofit design and a medium (E26) base, consumers are given the ability to light any desired area with fully enclosed pole tops, bollards, and other typical HID fixtures.
