The Green Creative 57820 LED PL lamp gives you the option to install as a direct wire by removing the existing ballast and connecting the lamp directly to the electrical power socket or plug and play installation with a compatible ballast with no rewiring or ballast removal required.
Type A+B - Hybrid: Type A+B hybrid types are the most versatile tubes. They reduce installation issues because you can start by using them as plug and play with a compatible ballast, then switch to ballast bypass operation when the ballast reaches its end of life.
