To avoid flickering fluorescents in the workplace, simply replace those old CFL lamps with the cool white Lunera HN-PLL-D-22-22W-840-G1 LED PL-L lamp. This 22-Watt LED retrofit replaces 36W, 40W, or 55W CFL lamps.
