This PLT-20186 LED PL retrofit is an efficient replacement to 2 Pin G23 base CFL lamps with two types of installation, direct wire or plug and play.
Type A+B - Hybrid: Type A+B hybrid types are the most versatile tubes. They reduce installation issues because you can start by using them as plug and play with a compatible ballast, then switch to ballast bypass operation when the ballast reaches its end of life.
