The PLT GPH330T5VH/4 germicidal preheated lamp features 4 pins and is single ended. Operating at 16 watts, this T5 tube emits short-wave germocidal UV light. Measuring at 13 inches in length, the germicidal lamp has an impressive life rating of 10,000 hours. This bulb should not be used for illumination purposes.
