Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Deal. Much better look in my GU 10 fixtures. I had the 50 watt bulbs before and this really feels closer to the low voltage version of the same type bulb. Looks Perfect. 1000 bulbs is great to buy from. Thanks! February 10, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by 2000 hour bulb life...Hogwash! I purchased a 10-pk of Hikari JDR-9829 75w halogen bulbs exactly five months prior to this review. These are very bright and proved to be the perfect replacement for lesser wattage bulbs supplied with our new track fixtures. Unfortunately, (2) of these bulbs were DOA and (2) more failed within the first week. While Customer Service from 1000bulbs.com was wonderful, offering and sending quick replacements, every single one of these bulbs including the replacements (14 bulbs in total) have subsequently failed. All bulbs were used in properly rated fixtures for less than three hours daily on average, which means each bulb failed with fewer than 450 hours (much less for most). That is less than 25% of the 2000 hour stated bulb life and earns these bulbs a NOT RECOMMENDED rating from this reviewer. February 7, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Burned out after only a few hours' use. I needed higher wattage bulbs to light an indoor planter from a vaulted ceiling, and so decided to try these Hikari 75-watt bulbs. It was a real chore to reach the fixture in order to replace the 50-watters I had installed, but I thought the increased wattage would be worth it. It was--for about two weeks. Then, the bulbs burned out. I replaced them with more Hikari 75-watt bulbs. About two weeks later, they burned out, too! 2,000 hours? No way--200 hours is more like it. October 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Always a great buy I have been using these halogen lights in my store for a year now. I love the low cost and the longevity. June 30, 2011
