Description

The IOTA I-40 emergency ballast allows the same fixture to be used for both normal and emergency operation. In the event of a power failure, this ballast switches to emergency mode and operates one existing lamp for 90 minutes. With an initial output of 700 lumens, this ballast operates most 2- to 4-foot single, bipin, T8, T12 flourescent lamps and 40-watt long compact fluorescents. This fixture is UL listed for damp locations, has a 5-year warranty, and includes a test switch with an indicator accessory kit. This ballast is not to be used with retrofit LED tubes.
