Rated 3 out of 5 by Fanojag Worried About Longevity
I originally purchased 3 since they were the only bulb that would easily fit in my hand-blown pendant lampshades. One burned out in less than 2 months. Since bought 4 more to have a spare set. They are nice and bright, tend to run hot, but if the rest are reliable for a while, I will recommend more highly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by catomaior Best bulb I found in this size
This is the brightest lightbulb I have found with a candelabra format. It floods my kitchen island with light (it increased the luminous flux by more than 70% keeping the same power) and is easily dimmable.

We use these in models homes so they are on all day. They last just as long as the more expensive ones we were buying.

These bulbs are much brighter than the 60 watt incandescent bulbs that they replaced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by chuckt perfect for my application
I had a ceiling fan installation that required 3 candelabra based bulbs. The most wattage that was available was 40 in standard incandescent. The 60 watt bulbs that I purchased were perfect, requiring even less space than the original bulbs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Blubdude Hard to Find Base
Most Halogens like this have a mini-Candelabra base but this one, with the regular candelabra base, will fit more common fixtures. I needed a 60watt max bulb with more lumens than a regular incandescent. A CFL would not fit so this little bulb was just the ticket!
