The advanced arc tube design of this Sylvania Metalarc Powerball 64898 pulse start metal halide PAR30 lamp makes it superior to standard metal halide probe start lamps. With an initial lumen output of 2,200 lumens, the initial lumens level of this 39-watt bulb is similar to standard lamps, but the mean and maintained lumen levels can be up to 30 percent higher. This 30-degree metal halide lamp has 12,000 life hours, which can be up to two times longer than the life of standard lamps. With a color temperature of 4000K, this bulb fits many lighting applications.
