The nickel-plated base will not seize in the socket eliminating the parts cost and trouble of having to pry a base out of the fixture socket. Moon Pulse lamps operate on Pulse Start Metal Halide ballast systems. Available with Medium Base, Elliptical and Reflector bulbs
