Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I buy these grow light bulbs to use in the winter months to keep my plants alive. These bulbs are on an average of 12 hours a day. To my dismay they only last a month at best. And at close to $9 a piece it gets expensive to use them. Grow lights should be made to last longer since they are on for long hours. That's what they are used for - "grow" lights. I am going to try lower watt grow lights and see if I have better luck with longer bulb life.
