Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow! What a blacklight! I submitted a previous review, but failed to see it pop up. So here I go again. If you've been searching for blacklights that actually work, stop looking. This little bulb covers my small 10x10 room with gusto. I plan on throwing a party and everyone online is apparently confused on how to explain blacklights to normal people-I blame the drinking water. Here is my small breakdown from what I've read: Regular rounded blacklight bulbs do not work. Don't bother with them. They're actually dipped in some sort purple whatever and are a complete waste of money. Long tube fixtures seem to give off actual uv, but don't provide a 'uv wash' over the room like one would like. These cfl bulbs actually do work. They're cheap. And the packaging was fantastic. I ordered one as a test, but ended up ordering 12 more for the large room I'll be covering. I think it'll look great!!! If you want fixtures, I suggest plug in light socket adapters or clamp lights. They're cheap and the clamp light I got made the light go out even farther. I'd post where I purchased them, but I'm starting to think that's why my review wasn't posted before. So, search for them yourself, and have a great day. : ) April 8, 2015
