Customer Reviews

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bulb for a wet location! We have a business that needs safety/protection lighting on motion detecting fixtures and 24/7 lighting in a wet location. Before using these, we calculated electricity costs at $1940 per year. After using these, we calculated costs at $380 per year. Of the 8 bulbs put in service in Jan. 2011, only 2 failed with round the clock wet location usage which was much more cost effective than incandescent bulbs. Intermittent use bulbs have not failed. Outstanding Return on investment!! March 10, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Bulbs!!! bought these indoor flood lights for my living room wall lights. Great for showing off my Andrew Wyeth painting, no glare at all. Only worries is there very fragile don't drop theme October 5, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bulbs! These are much better than ones that I purchased locally before I found 1000bulbs.com. They are instant start so don't require a warm-up period to reach full brightness. I now buy all my bulbs here online. The service is great. Once they were out of stock of something I ordered and immediately emailed me with a comparable substitute. June 30, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Basicly a good product I am using these in a commercial retail environment. The were installed in September 2010 and so far I have had to replace 6 out of 60. I would have hoped for longer life but I can live with this for the price! June 10, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best R30 bulb CFL I've seen or used What was the most surprising about this bulb is that it comes on much brighter than most "enclosed" bulbs. Most flood light type bulbs or A type bulbs have a long warmup time. While this bulb does not come on at it's full brightness, it comes on at what seems like about 85-90%. June 8, 2011
