    Description

This 3 watt CA10 flame-tip light bulb uses Archipelago's patented driver-free LED technology. Operating on AC (alternating current) instead of DC (direct current) the LEDs within this bulb require no driver to make a voltage conversion. This means the bulb's 25,000-hour life is not limited by the life of a driver! No driver also means the bulb is smaller than other LED light bulbs since a large aluminum heatsink is not needed. Use this dimmable bulb to replace any 25-watt incandescent CA10 in decorative indoor lighting fixtures. Compatible with most LED dimmers

Must be installed in a gasketed water proof socket. Do not use in patio light stringers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by 49 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful, smoothly dimmable, and cool I bought these to replace some supposedly dimmable LED candelabra bulbs which turned out to flicker noticeably and irritatingly when dimmed, and these are so much better in every way. They give clear, steady, and attractive light at all brightness levels, and they are more attractive even when turned off. The styling of the refractive light element inside the bulb provides great visual interest, and complements my chandelier wonderfully. Although they are not quite as bright as incandescents, they use 1/6 the power and incomparably longer. March 8, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great so Far. Just screwed 4 of them in our 2 story hallway chandelier and they look great! The color is just like an incandescent, the brightness is just slightly less than a 25 watt incandescent. The manufacturer put a piece of plastic inside the bulb that makes it look almost just like a filament in an incandescent bulb! I am very pleased with the price and appearance. I just hope they last a long time since the lamp is so difficult to get to. The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 is I don't know how long they will last, and I don't dim them so I don't know how well that will work... February 6, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by No where near its specified lumen output (like half)... I was excited to finally get some LED's into my daughters bedroom chandelier. The candelabra LED's are still so expensive, but I saw these on sale and pulled the trigger. However, when I installed them, I was severely disappointed to find that they aren't a 25 watt equivalent; more like 10 or 15. I don't have any measurement equipment, but I wouldn't guess at more than 90 lumens per bulb. With 6 bulbs, I'm getting less light than a 50 watt equivalent LED that claims 600 lumens. That is half the rated 180 lumens they're supposed to have. $50 down the tubes; I'm back to incandescents. June 22, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Light stays on when switch turned off Installed these bulbs and threw out the packaging. The product is advertised as dimmable and it is but the light stays on even after the dimmer is set to off. Tried returning these defective bulbs but since I threw out the packaging, I got a refund of $0. Don't buy these bulbs or from this company. October 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful candelabra bulb, cool to touch, and effective color temp. This candelabra bulb is well made, perfect proportions, and effective without the heat sink. It has a great look, warranty, and lifetime of use. We plan to use many interior applications with this bulb. May 12, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best looking decorative bulb I have found These are the best looking decorative candelabra bulbs I have found for our front porch lanterns. They replaced 40 watt bulbs with slightly less brightness but huge electricity savings. So far, I am very pleased with them, though I do not have experience with service life yet. They are expensive, but they will more than pay for themselves in electricity savings and bulb replacement costs, if they last as long as advertised. A similar used to be carried at Lowes but are no longer available there. April 1, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works well, inexpensive, flickers Many normal 120V A/C LED lights do not flicker at all, but according to the data on these, they use an A/C-driven circuit, which of course, creates a flicker. With the advertised longevity of these lights, you will have them a long time, so pick your color temperature well, and know whether you can live with the flicker. It's apparently a newer technology, so not as tried as older driver circuits, but we're happy, so far. They dim, but we should probably get a new dimmer. We use them in a chandelier, and their light is adequate -- it lights up the ceiling more than directly to the table, but it's for dinner. And, of course, it uses WAY less juice, and less heat in the summer. March 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bulbs work just fine Bought these to replace bulbs in fixtures on porches. They provide good light and all seem to be working properly. February 2, 2015
