Customer Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Better for horizontal mount HPS than vertical mount MH. Sheet metal leaves are not too thin to dent easily, but not too thick to assemble, though it is difficult & may require an extra pair of hands; many nuts/bolts & very time consuming. Requires a certain degree of mechanical inclination & only includes picture assembly instructions. MH bulbs are too fat to be mounted horizontally & there is no vertical socket adjustment to get these bulbs tucked deeper inside the bowl for more effective & efficient reflective light distribution. HPS bulbs are too long to mount vertically because of the shallow bowl depth (~10"), which is reduced further by the height of the socket extending into the bowl (~2.5"). Very utilitarian & probably not the best choice for aesthetic applications, but it is affordable, functional, & cut from a thicker gauge steel than another parabolic reflector I've seen that costs much more.
