Customer Reviews

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Low-Power Spotlight This 38-watt halogen has an equivalent output to a 50-watt regular incandescent. The 520 lumen beam illuminates for up to 1,500 hours. It has a very narrow beam angle to focus illumination and is good for display or accent lighting on pictures or in softly lit rooms. A standard E26 base makes it easy to replace regular incandescents without changing fixtures or sockets. May 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice option for a low price It is a nice option at a low price. Spotlight is bright. April 15, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Good price but bulbs burn out too fast! The light is good and the price is right, however, these bulbs burn out too fast. The web page claims these bulbs have a 1,500 hour life, but I found myself going through a case of 30 in a little over a month in our office. Overall, the better value is to just pay more for fluorescent bulbs, which last much longer than halogens. A lot of the fluorescent bulbs on this website even have 12-15 month guarantees, which these bulbs do not. April 10, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good bulb at a good cost Works great, good light temperature. Attractive price. January 19, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Short life I like the price but not the number of hours they work before burning out. Maybe there is something about the way we use them that causes this. Doubt it so I can going to buy more expensive ones this time to see if they last longer. My recommendation is to try them and see how long they last for you. I see other reviews that are positive. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bulb, great price! These bulbs are getting harder to find, but they always have them in stock and consistently a good bulb. May 12, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor quality and short life, The bulbs are poor quality with very short life most burn within 250 Hours. The brightness is also not equivalant to 50W, but more like 35W. April 22, 2014
