Customer Reviews

Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great Price, But You Get What You Pay For... I was very happy when I first found, bought and installed this bulb. It had a great color and really lit up our store well. However, after only 2 months, most of the 20 bulbs I bought were out. After 3 months, they have all died. I got more like 800 life hours out of the set, not sure if it was a defective batch or if that's just the nature of the beast with these halogen PAR bulbs. I would suggest upgrading to a longer lifespan bulb or, if you have the coin, bite the bullet and pay for the LED type. June 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Highly recommend this product. These bulbs are great for our retail store. We are always satisfied...life is long and appearance is exactly what we need February 23, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not too bad. So far so good. I order 25 bulbs, which are installed and working. However, one has already blown out. I should probably assume that there would be at least one bad bulb in the batch. Other than the blown bulb. I have dated all of the rest and so far not too bad. I will update if necessary. Rated 2 out of 5 by Works great when they don't fail. I bought the 50 watt several years ago and had only one initial failure out of 30 purchased. But have had at least 10 failures out of 45 purchased of the 38 watt in three months. You have replaced 7 but don't feel good about asking for more. I was in the electrical distribution for 38 years & sold only GE lamps but don't remember the defective rate being over 5%. Sorry to be such a pain. July 19, 2014
