Install these California compliant LED bulbs for even more benefits over non-compliant equivalents. All LED bulbs are more reliable and longer lasting than their incandescent of the same type. However, all these California compliant bulbs must meet additional requirements compared to other LEDs to qualify for the state’s strict lighting regulations.
Title 20, Title 24, and JA8 are all regulations that California requires homes and businesses to follow. Complaint bulbs must meet a minimum of 45 lumens per watt. Additionally, in order to meet these requirements, these bulbs all have a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90 or above. High CRI bulbs all have excellent color quality and consistency that is comparable to the natural light of the sun.
If you have any questions about Title 20, see California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 20. For more information about our California compliant LED bulbs, call our US based lighting experts at 1-800-624-4488!
